The Snatch Me Up Waist Trainer Belt.
Fits size 9W X 11 1/2 L.
With the help of a measuring tape, please measure the distance between the breast area (under the boob) to the lower part of the abdomen (fupa).
IF the length measurement is 10 ½ or longer then please order the long torso Ab board.
Please wear on top of your stage 2 faja or waist trainer. If worn alone please protect your skin with a Cami or ace bandage. If you are going to wear the Snatch Me Up waist trainer with the Ab Board please add 2-3 inches on the waist trainer size that you will be ordering.
